Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics processes, tracking shipments, processing orders, invoicing, reporting, and adding products on Seller Central. You will work with Zoho Inventory and Airtable to ensure smooth operations and accurate tracking of COGS.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of Amazon FBA logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Utilize Zoho Inventory and Airtable to track shipments, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
Handle invoicing and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Add new products to Amazon Seller Central and ensure listings are optimized.
Monitor and track COGS to maintain profitability and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate details with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory, and order processing.
Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance and metrics.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Logistics Manager or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Zoho Inventory, Airtable, and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
