As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant with past experience in US-based Amazon selling to join our team. Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage, your primary role will be sourcing products using various methods including Keepa, reverse sourcing, and manual searching. You will also be responsible for recording leads in Google Sheets. Preferred experience with tools such as Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, and SellerAmp is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of sales rank.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Keepa, reverse sourcing, and manual searching to source profitable products for online arbitrage.
Record leads and manage data using Google Sheets.
Demonstrate proficiency with tools such as Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, and SellerAmp.
Utilize knowledge of Amazon Seller Central for product research and analysis (preferred).
Have a good understanding of sales rank and its significance in product selection (preferred).
Maintain a stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work.
Additional Tasks (as the business grows):
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with customers.
Purchase and Invoice Tracking: Keep track of purchases, invoices, and other financial records.
Other Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with US-based Amazon selling is required.
Proficiency in using Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, and SellerAmp is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Must have a stable internet connection.
