Amazon FBA Online Product Sourcing Specialist

I am seeking an experienced Amazon Online Product Sourcing Specialist to join my team long-term. Your primary responsibility will be to find and list 10 high-quality products daily in a Google Sheet that meet the following criteria:

Profit margin of at least 30%
Minimum profit of $6
Sales velocity within 30 days

These products will be reviewed and purchased at the end of each workday.

Key Responsibilities:
Source 10 quality products daily with the specified criteria
Communicate effectively in English through WhatsApp & Teams
Work within fixed start and end time each day and provide updates through the day
Submit a weekly reflection detailing what you have done, challenges faced, and areas for improvement
Participate in bi-weekly meetings to discuss progress and improve sourcing strategies
Perform diverse tasks as needed, demonstrating proactive and independent work ethics

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon product sourcing
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
Practical experience with SAS, KEEPA, and diverse product sourcing methods
Ability to work independently with freedom, ensuring high quality work is consistently delivered.

Identify and explain critical and practical mistakes in product sourcing that should be avoided. Name examaples. It is important important that you have practical experience to ensure smooth operations. Accounthealth, untrustful websites etc.
Describe how you ensure these mistakes are prevented in your sourcing process.

You will be working closely with me, and essentially, you will become the team. You will have the freedom to work independently as long as the quality of the work delivered is high.
Salary of $100 will be transfered every week through PayPal.
