Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Amazon FBA Operations Manager with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to deliver results. You will oversee our Amazon operations, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:
-Amazon Product Listing Optimization: Use ChatGPT or other software to analyze and improve product listings. Copywrite and implement changes to enhance listing quality.
-Keyword Ranking: Utilize tools like Helium10 to ensure our products rank high on the best keywords.
-Admin Work: Monitor listings daily to prevent hijackers, maintain competitive pricing, and address any drop in sales immediately.
-Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels using Sellerboard inventory management software.
-Shipment Creation: Generate new shipments and obtain quotes from freight companies.
-Customer Support: Manage all email communication and contact forms through Gorgias and Amazon Seller Central.

Qualifications:
-Amazon Experience: Proven experience managing Amazon FBA operations, including listing optimization and keyword ranking.
-Ecommerce Experience: Proven experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and understanding market dynamics.
-Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use analytical tools and software to gather insights and apply them to improve operations.
-Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in managing listings, inventory, and shipments.
-Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for coordinating with freight companies, handling customer support, and working with the team.
-Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Helium10, Sellerboard, Gorgias, and Amazon Seller Central.
-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address any operational issues.
