We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA and Private Label Manager to help us build and grow our business from the ground up.
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Amazon FBA and Private Label Manager to lead the inception and growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product research, sourcing, listing optimization, and Amazon FBA management. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify profitable product opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and optimize our presence on Amazon.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify profitable private-label product opportunities.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supply chains.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of product development, from concept to launch, including branding, packaging, and listing creation.
• Create and optimize Amazon product listings to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment and minimize storage fees.
• Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns and other advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale the business.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Handle customer service issues, reviews, and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to support business growth.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Amazon FBA and private label product management.
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, SEO, and ranking factors.
• Experience with product research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with international sourcing and logistics.
• Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay).
• Graphic design skills for creating and enhancing product images.
• Experience with brand registry and trademark processes.
