Amazon FBA Product Hunter (Wholesale)

We are looking for experienced product hunters for our Amazon wholesale FBA (UK and USA). Candidates must have experience and a proven track record in this job role as well as suitable training.

-Contacting suppliers worldwide to procure specific products at a given price
-Negotiate with suppliers about the prices and then get a quotation to lock that price in place.
– Establish preferred relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term relations and benefits.
– Acquire different kinds of authorizations from suppliers i.e in case of distribution, brand authorization, category authorization etc.
– Communicate and revive suppliers in case suppliers become nonresponsive at later stages.
– Ensure a timely purchase order is sent to the selected/shortlisted supplier.
– Provision of completing documentation for opening wholesale accounts with companies.
– Maintenance of record from initiation of contact with supplier till sign-up completion.
– Regular follow ups with suppliers for sign-ups (Emails / Calls).
– Obtaining product files(csv or pdf) and quotes from different suppliers.
– Inter-department collaboration to ensure output from sourced suppliers.
– Make sure to achieve assigned targets/OKRs/ KPIs consistently.
– Any other task assigned as per requirement

Qualification:

Previous experience in FBA, online arbitrage and wholesale product hunting and sourcing for e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, seller metrics, and ranking factors.
Proficient in utilizing online tools, software, and resources for product research and analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for market trends, consumer demands, and competitive insights.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices is a plus.
Create and optimizing Amazon listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
