We are an Amazon FBA/E-commerce company based in the Netherlands. We started selling our goods at the beginning of 2019.
We operate with a small team of 3 people, and we value our personal bond and family like company culture. We are looking for a 4th team member who can become a trusted part of our group.
We are looking for a long-term and full-time team member. We are not looking for freelancers or short-term contracts.
The current division is as follows; there are 2 team members who are primarily working on the supply chain side of things and there is 1 team member working on the marketing/selling side of the company (Peter). We are looking for a full-time employee to become part of our trusted group and to help Peter, who is responsible for the entire marketing & sales side of the business.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
– Listing management and optimization
– A+ brand content management
– Amazon store page management
– Data entry / download Excel reports to track our KPIs
– Customer messages
– Monitor customer reviews and feedback on returns
– Requesting re-measurements of products
– And potentially PPC
Requirements:
– Excel
You need to know how to use excel formulas like VLOOKUP, IFERROR, etc.
– English
Our communication will be via email or Microsoft teams; therefore, you must be clear and precise in your written English.
– Data analysis
Because a lot of our processes are related to data entry and analysis (excel, powerBI, warehouse systems) we need someone who can analyze and interpret these figures.
– Amazon experience
As your tasks are primarily related to the management of our Amazon seller account, we require you to have previous experience with the Amazon seller dashboard.
– Amazon PPC experience (is preferred but not required).
– Fluent in other languages (is preferred but not required).
As our company operates globally, we sell in many different countries and, therefore, utilize various languages.
All training will be provided by our company, and we will make sure that your development is our responsibility.
