Are you an experienced and savvy e-commerce professional with a passion for Amazon FBA? We are a rapidly growing FBA seller utilizing the online arbitrage and wholesale model, and we’re excited to add a skilled Sourcing Virtual Assistant (VA) to our dynamic team!

Position: Sourcing Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

Product Research:

Conduct thorough research using tools such as Seller Amp, Keepa, and Seller Tool Kit to identify profitable products for sourcing.
Utilize Keepa for in-depth analysis of pricing trends, sales rank fluctuations, and historical data to inform sourcing decisions.
Online Arbitrage:

Source products through online platforms, identifying deals, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Use Seller Amp for competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and keyword research to enhance product visibility.
Wholesale Sourcing:

Develop relationships with wholesalers, negotiate terms, and secure profitable deals for bulk purchasing.
Market Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor movements, and pricing strategies using both Seller Amp and Keepa.
Utilize Seller Central to monitor performance metrics and assess overall account health.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and organized records of sourced products, prices, and supplier information.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Amazon FBA Sourcing VA.

Proficient in Seller Amp, Keepa, and Seller Tool Kit.

Strong understanding of Keepa for historical data analysis and pricing trends.
Competency in using Seller Amp for competitor analysis, keyword research, and market trends.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of online arbitrage and wholesale sourcing strategies.

Familiarity with Amazon seller policies and guidelines.

Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

Performance Expectations:

Effective Product Sourcing:

Identify and secure a minimum of X profitable products per week through a combination of online arbitrage and wholesale sourcing.
Market Insight:

Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Supplier Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and securing exclusive deals where possible.
Data Accuracy:

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sourced products, prices, and supplier information.
Adaptability:

Quickly adapt to changes in market conditions and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
How to Apply:

– Flexible work schedule – it does not matter when you do the work if it is done when I need it
– Salary starting from 15000 Php monthly equivalent during probation rising to 20000 Php with part time hours to start.
– After probation a bonus structure applies based on performance
