We are seeking a motivated and skilled Amazon FBA Specialist to join our team and help drive our business to new heights.

Job Description:
The Amazon FBA Specialist will play a critical role in our e-commerce operations, starting with answering customer inquiries, managing phone communications, conducting product research, SEO optimization, marketing, product analysis and improvement, and order processing. As proficiency in these areas is demonstrated, the role will evolve into a managerial position, overseeing a team responsible for these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Respond to customer questions and concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.

Product Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify profitable products and market trends.
Analyse competitor products and pricing strategies.
Suggest new product opportunities and enhancements.

SEO Optimization and Marketing:
Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking on Amazon.
Develop and execute Amazon marketing campaigns, including PPC and other advertising methods.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Product Analysis and Improvement:
Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance product quality and features.
Order Processing:

Manage order processing, including inventory management, shipment tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
Handle any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Managerial Responsibilities:
Upon successful training and proven competence in the above areas, transition into a managerial role.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of specialists to handle customer service, product research, SEO optimization, marketing, and order processing.
Oversee team performance, provide guidance, and ensure that team goals are met.

Commission:
Certain roles, such as product research, will include commission based on the profitability and performance of the identified products.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Amazon FBA operations and management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant e-commerce tools.
