About Us: We are a dynamic e-commerce company specializing in Amazon FBA sales. Our mission is to identify and sell high-demand products to a global customer base, leveraging the Amazon FBA platform for logistics and fulfillment. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supplier Outreach & Account Setup Manager to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, focusing on sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring a smooth supply chain for our Amazon FBA business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential products and suppliers.
Skilfully navigate through product catalogues to scan and evaluate products for profitability and demand.
Reach out to suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish strong professional relationships.
Manage the setup and maintenance of supplier accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately processed.
Place and manage large volume orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless stock management and fulfillment processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, maintaining open and effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align product selection with market trends and promotional strategies.
Regularly report on supplier performance, inventory levels, and purchasing strategies to senior management.
Requirements:

Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or a similar role in an e-commerce or Amazon FBA context.
Demonstrated ability to scan and assess product catalogues for potential sales opportunities.
Experience placing and managing large volume orders with suppliers.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon FBA, and related tools/software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
