As part of our commitment to student success, we are seeking a dedicated Amazon FBA Troubleshooting Specialist to address the technical and administrative challenges our students face in the Amazon back-end environment.

Job Description:
As an Amazon FBA Troubleshooting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our students through the various hurdles they encounter while setting up and managing their Amazon FBA businesses. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting brand registry issues, FNSKU problems, trademark disputes, and challenges with CPC (Child product certificate) approvals & category ungating.. You will provide personalized assistance to ensure each student navigates these challenges successfully, enabling them to focus on growing their business.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Registry Support: Assist students with brand registry applications, including guiding them on how to effectively communicate with Amazon support, improving their applications, and handling resubmissions. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and successful brand registry process for each student.

FNSKU and Back-End Troubleshooting: Address and resolve FNSKU issues and other back-end problems that students encounter, ensuring their products are correctly listed and inventory is properly managed on the Amazon platform.

Trademark and Brand Protection: Support students in resolving trademark issues, such as disputes over brand names claimed to exist by Amazon. Guide students through the process of proving trademark ownership and clearing any obstacles to brand approval.

Child product certificate submission, management and approval. This may require supporting category untagging as well.

Flat file work for back end and listing changes as needed.

Continuous Support and Communication: Offer ongoing support to students, maintaining clear and effective communication until all their Amazon-related issues are resolved. Act as a liaison between students and Amazon support when necessary.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in managing Amazon FBA accounts, with a strong understanding of the Amazon Seller Central platform.
-Familiarity with brand registry, trademark issues, and Amazon’s policies and procedures.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
-Patience and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
