Amazon FBA VA – Account Management

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. As an Amazon FBA VA, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our Amazon FBA business. Your primary focus will be on managing product listings, optimizing listings for search engine visibility, and providing exceptional customer service to our Amazon customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on the Amazon platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for product listings.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on Amazon.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product inventory replenishment.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
Utilize WordPress to update and maintain our company website and blog.
Create and edit product images using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in using WordPress to update and maintain websites.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for image editing and creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with Amazon’s seller central platform is a plus.
