Amazon FBA Virtual Assistance (Full-Time)

We are an experienced and dynamic eCommerce company in Hong Kong. We have been designing manufacturing, and selling our brand of consumer product in the US

We are seeking a VA for operating an Amazon seller central account and working administration tasks for FBA business. In this role, you will play a critical part in our Amazon business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in shipment replenishment and listing creation.

Key Responsibilities in FBA seller central:
– Daily health check
– Listing creation
– Restock management
– Customer Services
– Create Cases

For administration tasks, you will do a variety of tasks
– Creating Report
– Product Listing Writing
– Inventory Management
– Bookkeeping
– SOP update and creation

You will need to
– Prior Amazon experience is required
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Familiarity with operating seller central
– Google sheet or Excel formula, conditional formula, and formatting
– Familiar with Google sheet apps script is a PLUS

Pay: This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
