Position Overview:

As an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant at ITBEBE LIMITED, you will be at the forefront of our Amazon business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product listings, monitoring inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of Amazon’s marketplace and enhance our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize and manage Amazon product listings, including keyword research, product descriptions, and image enhancement.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
Stay informed about the latest Amazon policies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with our marketing team to execute Amazon-specific promotions and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant or a similar role in e-commerce.
Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, inventory management, and customer service.
Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising and expertise in keyword optimization.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and the ability to adapt to changes swiftly.
