Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant

1. Product Research & Listing: Use insider tools and software to source in demand winning products. Create and optimize product listings on Amazon using A+ content, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing information.

2. Order Management: Monitor and process customer orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, handling returns, and resolving any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and recommend strategies to enhance product visibility and competitiveness.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Proficiency in using tools for market research, analytics, and inventory management.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Familiarity with e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies.
7. Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape.
8. Proficient in E-com/Amazon software such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa.
9. Shopify, Social Media, Dropshipping, Canva, Video Editing skills are a plus.
