– WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR –
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant for our Amazon FBA business. A candidate who is not only familiar with the basics but also has hands-on experience with Private Label and FBA.
The VA will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our Amazon Private Label business, including product research, listing optimisation, inventory management, customer service etc. Amazon PPC knowledge is a plus!

While the foundational tasks include but are not limited to; product/keyword research and amazon store management, we’re also looking for someone who can bring fresh perspectives to the table and be a great team player. Maybe you’ve experienced other business models, have proven know-how’s to lower ACoS or even have success using other platforms such as social media posts/ads, Shopify etc – to boost profits. We’re all ears!

The MOST IMPORTANT TRAIT we are looking for are:
High level of situation understanding and adaptability
Creativity
Honesty, Respect, Professionalism, and Companionship
Research Skills (i.e. Target Audience (Avatar) Research, reading through reviews for clues, engaging on FB Groups, engaging on Reddit etc)
Outstanding Amazon PPC case studies (experience of at least 2 years is a plus)

[PPC Intermediate ~ Experts]
Provide as many screenshots and documents of your past and/or current work and experience with Amazon PPC results that you’ve managed.
[PPC Beginners ~ Several PPC Certificates]
If you don’t have much real experience or don’t have much case studies to show but get offered an interview by us, you will be given access to our PPC Campaign for an exam. You will go through our PPC Campaigns and share your thoughts. In addition, if you have some training already, provide a step-by-step plan on how you would go about improving our PPC campaign and lowering ACoS at your best knowledge.

– PAY –
We are quite tight on budget and we carry the risk of draining time and capital if we decide to go with the wrong candidate. BASE PAY will range in around $40-$60/week to start.
When business profits grow and budget increases, we will start giving out benefits/ opportunities such as:

2. Go through an interview. Prepare to show your results/case studies for Amazon PPC Experts
3. If you pass the interview, you’ll take the exam. This final test is designed to test your research skills and understand our current market. see how logical and analytical, yet creative and out-of-the-box thinking you can show in your work/answers.
