After recently finding a VA who has exceeded my expectations in finding profitable products for my FBA store, I have decided to hire some more applicants.

How many sales per month and people in the buy box rotation would peak your interest?
JOB ROLE:
1=Reach out to W&D’S-Wholesalers & Distributors for price-list’s & negotiate pricing.
2=Input Price list’s into the app’s/software’s to identify the profitable items, or Analyse the products using applications like SAS and Keepa.
3=Send me the Shortlist of 30 final profitable products you found from Wholesalers Or Distributors.
MORE INFORMATION:
-Make a log of all those that have been contacted via excel so it may be cross referenced)
-Request EAN/ASIN/ Or UPC’s- (For ease of product investigation)
-If the products as profitable you will no longer be expected to continue working the 40 hour contract for that month however I am not looking for someone to pass along products that are common and are being shared amongst other employers and amongst groups ect, I am looking for someone who will be original in finding the products.
-Minimum profit= 3 pound, Min Sales= 250pm & Maximum sellers= 5 however discretion may be exercised and reviewed when you send it to my buying virtual assistant, if you’ve found larger volume of products.
Assistance:
-You will be given the log in details for website’s you can use, in addition to your usual product sourcing methods.
-You will be given the log in details for the app’s/software you can use, to check for any profitable items, in addition to your usual vetting method.

-I have a trade Enquiry letter that you can copy and paste when contacting the wholesalers.
Two-Week Paid Trial Period:
Upon successful selection for the position, you will enter a two-week paid trial period. During this trial period, you will receive your regular compensation as outlined in the job description (without bonus). This period allows both you and myself to assess if the role is the right for you.
Interview:
-You will be asked to show a live demonstration on how you determine a product is profitable.
-You will be asked about your experience in reaching out to W&D’s
-You will be asked, how you would deal with the fact that I am a new FBA business, i.e. how are you suited and what experience do you have, that could help build up a catalogue of products when small business’s like my self face issues like W&D’s wanting to have VAT registered buyers or only or buyers with storefront’s URL’s with a large portfolio of products ect.
