ABOUT US:

Our Amazon business model focuses on Wholesale. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience sourcing products for Wholesale.

The Role

The Product Researcher plays a crucial role in the success and failure of the organization.
The primary function is to find winning products and source the product at a profitable price from a wholesaler using various criteria such as profit, sales rank, and return on investment.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create a Daily Product Sourcing Plan/Strategy;
Search, analyze, and evaluate wholesale suppliers’ price lists in line with the company’s profit and sales targets
Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behavior, associated risks,
Create product mix strategy, considering stock levels per peak seasons, special events, and supplier lead time;
Use traditional sourcing methods, reverse sourcing, and store-front sourcing to find new profitable, fast-selling products with low competition and in niche categories
Managing Seller Central
Follow through with customer service
Keeping spreadsheets (Google Docs, Excel) of product research, orders, fees, profits
Must follow through on returns
Reconciliation of shipments sent to Amazon and stock shown in inventory listings
Track and analyze trends in product consumption
Must always meet deadlines
Must complete 40 hours each week;
Other related tasks in support of business operations.
THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
You MUST have experience with Amazon FBA Wholesale preferably in the UK Market
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics;
Strong attention to detail;
Planning Skills/Time Management;
Technology Skills – Google Docs, Google Sheets/Excel, Asana, Social Media (e.g. WhatsApp, Skype);
Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written;
Customer Service Skills;
Collaboration/Interpersonal Skills;
Results-driven;
Willingness to perform various functions; and
With high regard for Integrity, Excellence, Continuous Learning, and Creative Thinking/Innovation.

Desktop/laptop – computer specs:
Processor – i5 or higher
RAM – 8 GB or higher
A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS) and with a backup internet (e.g. pocket Wi-Fi)
Noise-canceling headphones

Quiet and professional workstation
THE OFFER
Full-time career – 40 hours per week/ 5 days a week
