Role and Responsibilities:
As an Amazon FBA Wholesale/PL Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in product research, sourcing, and selection for Amazon Private Label (PL) and Wholesale operations.
Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify potential product opportunities.
Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely product shipments.
Creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Passion for E-Commerce: A deep interest in the e-commerce landscape, particularly Amazon FBA operations.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings and effective inventory management.
Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions independently in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, wholesale, or product sourcing is a plus.
