Amazon FBA Wholesaling

I am seeking a dedicated and experienced virtual assistant to support our Amazon FBA wholesaling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon’s FBA program, experience in wholesaling, and excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify profitable wholesale product opportunities on Amazon.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms for wholesale purchases.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet demand and avoid stockouts.
• Monitor product listings and optimize keywords, images, and descriptions for improved visibility and sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for product expansion and optimization.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and product quality.
• Assist in creating and optimizing product listings, including writing compelling copy and optimizing keywords for search engine optimization (SEO).

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role, preferably in Amazon FBA wholesaling.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s FBA program and wholesale purchasing processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms for product research, listing optimization, and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
