Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Flat File and Listings Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing our clients’ product listings on Amazon through the use of flat files. The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon’s Seller Central, be familiar with the nuances of flat files, and possess a mix of technical and creative skills to ensure listings are optimized for both search algorithms and customer appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage Amazon product listings using flat files for bulk uploads.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Perform regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and optimization.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and SEO strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings or flat file uploads.
Keep abreast of Amazon’s policies and guidelines related to product listings and ensure compliance.
Analyze listing performance metrics to inform strategies for improvement.
Train and support other team members in the use of Amazon flat files and listings management.
Requirements:
