The Role
We are currently growing and looking to connect with the right candidate who is willing to learn, level up, think critically, has a bias towards execution and will step up to be a leader. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Amazon Advertising specialists in executing and optimizing advertising campaigns for our clients. Your organizational skills, ability to manage tasks efficiently, and understanding of Amazon’s advertising platform will contribute to the overall success of our agency and our clients’ campaigns.
Responsibilities
Reporting Assistance: Assist in the creation of regular campaign performance reports by gathering data from Amazon’s advertising platform and other sources. Help compile and organize data into predefined templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing digital documents, and maintaining project management tools to ensure efficient workflow within the team.
Campaign Monitoring: Assist team members in monitoring live campaigns on Amazon by copying and pasting key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend from the platform to internal tracking documents.
Keyword Research Support: Aid in basic keyword research activities by using provided tools to identify relevant and high-potential keywords for campaigns.
Data Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets and databases for campaign tracking and analysis purposes.
Communication: Collaborate with team members to assist in basic communication tasks, such as drafting emails, updating project status, and maintaining clear communication channels.
Learning and Development: Learn about Amazon’s advertising platform and basic digital marketing concepts to better understand the work being performed by the team.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of Google Sheets and other Google Suite applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing within a digital marketing agency environment.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
A proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions.
Must be fluent in English
