We are a growing ecommerce company based in Canada, currently looking for an experienced Amazon Inventory Management & Logistics Specialist to join our business family.

Our goal is to develop a long-term working relationship with the right person. This role requires significant experience in Amazon inventory management and knowledge of FBA account management in General. Salary is negotiable depending on the experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the followings:
– Sales Forecasting and Demand Estimation: Using previous sales history, keyword search volume analysis, seasonality trends, and competitor history, we will need you to estimate future demand to allow for efficient inventory management.
– Purchase Order Planning: Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales, create demand-based inventory forecasts, and issue replenishment orders for each product listing using sales history, rate of sales, knowledge of advertising, seasonality, and current sales trends. You will be expected to minimize shipping & warehousing costs while also ensuring we do not go out of stock.
– Order Management: Communicate with the suppliers to monitor order status, lead times, and ensure on time completion of the orders. Track purchase orders, inventory transfer transactions, and inbound shipments from the warehouse. Arrange final third party inspections.
– Create shipping plans based on history, forecasts, and Seller Central guidelines/restrictions. You will be expected to monitor Amazon stock and create shipments to send inventory from our 3PL warehouse to Amazon.
– Track and monitor inbound shipments and fulfillment fees which may require opening and managing reimbursement cases for lost shipments and incorrect fees. Shipment review and reconciliations, identify and resolve shipment issues
– Develop and maintain product cost catalog to calculate cost of goods sold (COGS).
– Monthly Inventory Reconciliation: Cross checking our 3PL inventory report with our own data on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
– Seek Opportunities for Consolidation: Many of our products are produced by different suppliers. You will be expected to look out for opportunities to consolidate overseas shipments of multiple SKUs for cost savings
– Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments from China and India to Amazon NA and EU marketplaces.
– Track Amazon Inventory Performance Index (IPI) score to maintain the threshold,
track and monitor sales velocity, monitor aged inventory and storage costs, create removal orders
