About the job:
As an Amazon Inventory Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing inventory and overseeing daily Amazon FBA account activities. We’re seeking a candidate who has extreme attention to detail, critical thinking, strong analytical abilities, enjoyment of repetitive tasks, unwavering work ethic, focus, proactive attitude, independence, and optimism with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Inventory Monitoring and Expense Management: Monitor FBA inventory levels and manage expenses to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
– Shipping Coordination: Generate shipping files and labels, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
– Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers in China, Israel, and the USA via email or WhatsApp to coordinate orders and shipments.
– Purchasing Facilitation: Facilitate purchases and place orders efficiently to maintain inventory levels and meet customer demand.
– Communication Responsiveness: Respond to messages promptly, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
– Sales and Market Analysis: Analyze sales trends and market data to accurately forecast inventory needs, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand without overstocking.
– Strategic Inventory Planning: Develop and implement inventory planning strategies, leveraging predictive analytics to anticipate fluctuations and adjust purchase orders accordingly.
– Performance Metrics Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate inventory performance metrics, such as turnover rates and stock-out frequencies, adjusting forecasting models to improve accuracy and drive inventory efficiency across the supply chain.

Requirements and Qualifications:
– Experienced in Seller Central, Amazon FBA, Inventory Management, and Customer Service (at least at Intermediate level)
– Skilled in File Management and proficient in using Excel
– Offers reliable Administrative Support
– Strong analytical skills
– Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
– Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)

Compensation and Benefits:
– Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
– Biweekly pay through Wise.
