As we expand our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to join our team and ensure the accuracy of our Amazon FBA inventory.
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to manage and reconcile our inventory for Amazon FBA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory records are accurate and up-to-date, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions to prevent future issues. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, repurchasing winning products and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform regular inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy between our internal records and Amazon FBA inventory.
– Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing data from various sources, including sales reports, shipping
records, and warehouse logs.
– Maintain accurate inventory records in our inventory management system.
– Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper inventory handling and storage.
– Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
– Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to prevent discrepancies.
– Communicate effectively with Amazon support to resolve any inventory-related issues.
– Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and audits.
Qualifications:
– Experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
– Proven experience in inventory management, reconciliation, or a similar role, preferably with Amazon FBA.
