We are a fast-growing home and kitchen Amazon e-commerce business seeking a Full-Time rockstar Amazon Inventory & Supply Chain Assistant to join our team.
This is a critical role that requires managing multiple aspects of our Amazon supply chain & inventory management process with opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have related experience to some or all of the following: Amazon Inventory Management, purchase order creation, coordinating and negotiating with freight forwarders, inventory forecasting & management with a 3PL warehouse, project management and experience with Amazon Seller Central. We’re looking for someone who’s both comfortable diving into detailed spreadsheets, managing complex moving parts in a global supply chain and also zooming out to the big-picture strategy around our supply chain and business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is very detail-oriented, extremely reliable, proactive, highly organized, strives for excellence in their work, and seeks a long-term full-time role with growth and advancement in the company.
Core Responsibilities include:
– Creation and management of Purchase Orders
– Manage Inventory at Amazon Fulfillment Centers & 3PL to ensure we always remain in stock
– Manage multiple internal Google Sheets/Excel files for supply chain and inventory management
– Forecasting inventory demand requirements
– Reconciling shipments & missing inventory with Amazon Seller Central
– Reviewing inspection reports
– Create Listings and upload flat files on Amazon Seller Central
– General project management active Purchase Orders
Requirements:
– Experience with Amazon inventory management, supply chain and/or logistics of physical products on Amazon (or related experience)
– Extremely proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with complex formulas & spreadsheets (e.g., lots of vlookups, etc)
– Extremely organized and proactive
– Excellent and clear written and verbal communication skills in English
– Extremely reliable and detail oriented
– Thrives in a high performance team with high expectations, hardworking and highly ambitious
– A positive and friendly attitude, detail-oriented, reliable, and a desire to learn and grow on the job
– Bonus: Significant experience with an Amazon ecommerce business / Amazon Seller Central
Work Schedule:
– Flexible and fully remote (work from home); must be available for communication (slack and/or video conferencing) until 3 pm EST (Mon-Fri)
Training and Support:
– Extensive training (paid), SOPs, and onboarding provided during the first few week

Salary Range:
– Competitive pay and negotiable based on experience and qualifications
– Full-time (e.g., 40/hrs per week)
