Amazon Launch and Growth Specialist

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 2AM to 10AM Philippines Time

Salary: $1000 – $1200 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Launch Execution
– Coordinate the development of creative assets, including imagery and content, to support
product launches.
– Conduct comprehensive research to determine product positioning and identify unique
selling points for listings and advertising campaigns.
– Develop and implement effective keyword strategies, collaborating closely with the PPC
team to optimize keyword rankings.
– Execute review generation strategies to maintain high ratings for product listings.
– Contribute to product ideation and validate niche opportunities through thorough market
research.
– Track and analyze data to evaluate launch performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Continuous Split-testing & Innovation
– Proactively test new strategies with each launch to stay ahead of competitors and enhance
overall performance.
– Conduct ongoing research on competitors and the Amazon marketplace to identify emerging
trends and opportunities.
3. Launch List Management
– Create and manage launch lead lists, including tasks related to Meta Ads and email list
nurturing.
– Cultivate an engaged list of active consumers eagerly awaiting our next new product launch.
4. Support to Brand Manager
– Serve as a key support resource to the Brand Manager, assisting with various initiatives and
projects.
– Provide assistance with legacy product relaunches and conduct imagery testing as required.
– Handle Amazon backend flat files and cases to ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements:
– Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
– Possesses a competitive spirit and demonstrates a drive for continuous improvement.
– Experience with / Interest in Selling on Amazon, Meta Ads, and Email & SMS Marketing is a
Plus.
