Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in e-commerce. They are pioneers at the intersection of technology, design, and consumer satisfaction, offering a spectrum of products across multiple online platforms, including and our brand-specific websites. We seek a highly motivated and experienced Launch Manager to join our team. As the Launch Manager, your primary responsibility will be spearheading product launches, with a particular focus on employing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) as a key promotional tool on Amazon. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in PPC to elevate their varied brands, boost sales, increase visibility, and strengthen their digital footprint on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

–Lead the planning and execution of product launches on Amazon, from pre-launch preparation
to post-launch optimization.
–Develop comprehensive launch strategies, including keyword research, campaign setup, ad
copy creation, and budget management.
–Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions for new
product launches.
–Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and
sales, to ensure alignment and success of launch initiatives.
–Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable
insights to drive continuous improvement.
–To maintain a competitive edge, stay informed about industry trends, Amazon algorithm
updates, and best practices in PPC advertising.
–Regularly engage with the Senior Brand Manager to align PPC activities with company goals,
promoting strategic coherence and collaborative planning.
–Develop A/B testing processes to identify effective ad content and keywords, employing
data-driven insights for continuous campaign optimization.
–Assist in managing the catalog and listings, address advertising and listing issues, and
communicate with Amazon to resolve problems.
–Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance for internal review, enabling
data-backed strategic decisions.
–Proactively explore new opportunities within Amazon to broaden brand reach and impact,
leveraging the latest tools and strategies.
–Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in Amazon sales and advertising to
mitigate legal risks.

Qualifications:

–Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
–Proven experience (at least three years) in managing product launches and PPC campaigns on
Amazon or other e-commerce platforms and a demonstrated sales growth and conversion optimization history.
–Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
–Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively
across teams and stakeholders.
–Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
–Proficiency in Helium10, Data Dive, Scale Insights, and Amazon Seller Central.
