Job Description:

As our Amazon Lead Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon marketplace. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our Amazon operations, including product listings, inventory management, customer service, and performance analytics. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our products reach a wider audience and generate maximum revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Account Management: Take ownership of our Amazon seller account(s), ensuring it is well-organized, compliant, and optimized for growth.
Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, including keyword research, product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Performance Analytics: Analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the marketplace.
PPC Advertising: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve ROI.
Content Optimization: Enhance product content, A+ content, and brand storefronts to boost conversions.
Review Management: Encourage and manage product reviews and ratings while adhering to Amazon’s policies.
Amazon Policy Compliance: Stay updated on Amazon policies and ensure that all operations align with their guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar e-commerce role.
Strong knowledge of Amazon seller central and marketplace dynamics.
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Tools, such as Keepa or SellerAmp. (This is a Big plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Experience with Amazon PPC advertising and keyword optimization.
Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
