Perennial Management Group (PMG) is looking for an Amazon Listing & Account Manager for one of our company’s, San Diego Drums & Totes. If you apply you need a proven track record of working AUTONOMOUSLY in the full life-cycle of Amazon Account Management & Listing Optimization. We will be expecting this position to operate independently, take initiative, be a self-motivator, and excellent communicator. The overall duties of this position are below.
POSITION’S OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS – HIGH LEVEL
* Fully autonomous in the management and strategy of our Amazon Store.
* Take new potential products, assess them for success
* Generate the listing strategy for new products and create the best strategy for success.
* Share your recommended strategy with Ownership and then implement the strategy when approved.
* Assess performance and generate recommended changes to ownership
RESPONSIBILITIES DETAILED
Amazon FBA Management
• Inventory management, shipping, and customer service.
• Utilize Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processes and best practices.
Listing Optimization
• Crafting compelling and SEO-optimized product listings.
• Utilizing persuasive copywriting and keyword research.
• Creating rich media content to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
Inventory Management
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demand.
• Minimizing storage and holding costs.
• Leveraging data-driven insights to anticipate demand fluctuations.
• Ensuring seamless inventory replenishment.
Supply Chain Coordination
• Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and shipping partners.
• Streamlining the supply chain process to meet deadlines and maintain product quality.
• Fostering strong partnerships to support business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolving inquiries or issues promptly.
• Prioritizing customer satisfaction to build brand loyalty and positive reviews.

Marketing & Promotion
• Listing Generation

Seller Central Inventory Control & Management
• Managing inventory through Amazon Seller Central.
• Controlling stock levels and managing inventory data.
Sourcing Support
• Providing sourcing support in various regions.
• Leading negotiations for discounts on small and large orders.
Account & Brand Management
• Setting up and managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Managing the Amazon Brand Registry process.
• Protecting brand integrity and intellectual property on Amazon.
Product & Process Research: Analysis & Evaluation
• Conducting product research and evaluating potential for success on Amazon.
• Analyzing costs associated with selling on Amazon to optimize profitability.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends and conversion rates.
• Using data-driven insights to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Amazon Advertising Campaigns
• Managing Amazon PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Optimizing ad spend and refining advertising strategies for maximum ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
