Job Description

We are looking for a VA who can create, audit, and optimize product listings within the Amazon platform.

Requirements:
Managing and maintaining the Amazon Vendor Central account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audits, keyword research and optimization, and listing enhancements.
List new products in accordance with Amazon. Remaining up to date with
Organize and correct existing product listings on Amazon
Write compelling product descriptions that engage and promote.
Be familiar with keyword optimization and tools for ascertaining keyword strength.
Performing thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research in order to maximize visibility within the marketplace.
Understand how to use product templates to create and update product listings, especially as a way to resolve listing errors.
Expert with Excel, database bulk operations, and updating Amazon, eBay, and Website entries.
Analytical capabilities to review data and assess performance.
Maintaining and updating and managing Amazon Storefronts, Enhanced Brand Content as well as creating various deals within each Amazon marketplace.
Work on other various tasks to assist other departments where needed including, but not limited to, such as solving issues with the assistance of Amazon Seller Support.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Ability to work independently while following an overall management strategy.
Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
Experience with creating Amazon listings.
Willing to be trained for a new role if needed and/or take on new tasks, especially on Reimbursements and other related services. ***Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to be able to take initiative, THINK, and RESEARCH.***
Must demonstrate good communication skills and collaboration with the team.
Must have a fast and stable internet connection, with backup power and internet in case of interruptions.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Standard hours will be from 9a-6p EST US time. However, helping with another department may eventually allow a different shift after training and integration. Pay is on a biweekly basis via a PH bank.
