About the Role

This is a permanent work-from-home position at a fast-growing e-commerce company. We are looking for a tech-savvy Amazon Listing Creation Specialist to help create and optimize our product listings on the Amazon platform. With your expertise in the Amazon marketplace operations, you will ensure we have accurate and compelling product information, help improve our listing performance, and resolve any listing-related issues.

This position will play a vital role in the business operations as this will directly contribute to the increase in our return on investment (ROI) and promote growth for the company. This position will work closely with our Inventory Performance Management Team and the person will report directly to the Profitability Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

– Create and optimize product listings using Amazon’s Flat File template. Accurately enter product information, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, and other required details, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s guidelines and best practices.
– Identify and resolve any issues or errors related to product listings, such as missing or incorrect information, formatting problems, or compatibility issues.
– Collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify any listing-related challenges.
– Craft compelling and persuasive product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and other content within the Flat File framework. Your content should effectively highlight the product’s features, benefits, and unique selling points, while adhering to Amazon’s guidelines and optimizing for search visibility.
– Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and integrate them strategically within the Flat File listings.
– Ensure the content is search engine optimized to enhance visibility, organic ranking, and overall search performance.
– Monitor regularly the performance of product listings, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to enhance conversion rates, sales, and overall listing performance. Utilize tools and metrics to track keyword rankings, conduct competitor analysis (utilize A/B Testing), and ensure the health and success of the listings.
– Overall conduct Image and Media Optimization, Performance Tracking, Process Automation, and utilize AI & Chat GPT.

Experience and Qualities we look for:

– Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years experience as Amazon Listing Specialist or related roles.
– Proficiency in using Amazon’s Flat File system for listing creation and optimization is preferred.
– Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings.
– Proficiency in conducting keyword research using relevant tools and techniques.
– Familiarity with Jungle Scout, DataDive, Helium 10, and other keyword research tools is a plus.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Openness to receiving and implementing constructive feedback.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Able to manage daily tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
– Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
– Experience working on various projects and growth initiatives.
– Responsive, prompt and positively communicates with peers using avenues such as email, group chat or other messaging platforms.
– Possess rigorous attention to detail and impeccable work ethics.
– Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00).
– Has a conducive work-from-home setup and a stable internet connection for team meetings.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Basic Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets User.
– Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom.

Bonus points:

– E-commerce experience (eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
– Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.
– Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer/Information Technology/Industrial Engineering, or any related courses.
