Job Details:
A graphic designer at an Amazon marketplace e-commerce seller is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective advertisements that adhere to Amazon’s specific guidelines. This role involves a deep understanding of design principles and Amazon’s technical requirements for ads. The designer must collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the visual elements align with marketing strategies and communicate the intended message to the target audience. Key Responsibilities:
80%- Create Listing Images & A+ Contents: The primary responsibility is creating visually appealing and effective designs for Amazon & online Marketplaces. This involves understanding design principles, color theory, typography, and branding. Graphic designers must create visuals that are not only attractive but also communicate the intended message effectively. They need to design banners, product images, and other marketing materials that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience on the Amazon platform.
Rendering/3D Modeling of our product
5%- Stay up to date, understand and implement Amazons Guidelines: Amazon has specific guidelines and requirements for advertisements and product listings. A graphic designer in this role must be well-versed with these guidelines to ensure all designs comply with Amazon’s standards. This includes knowledge of image resolutions, aspect ratios, text placements, and other technical specifications. Staying updated with any changes in Amazon’s policies is also crucial.
15%- Collaboration and Communication: Graphic designers often work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop and implement advertising campaigns. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for understanding project requirements, receiving feedback, and making necessary revisions. They must also be able to articulate their design choices and collaborate effectively to create cohesive and successful ad campaigns.

Interview Process
The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interviews in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience.
We will ask you to list our your key responsibilities from our previous companies
We will then ask you to demonstrate from past responsibilities to support your list of key responsibilities and success metrics.
Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems/issue we face that you will try to resolve).
Lastly, we will do a final in-person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
