Job Description :
We are currently seeking an experienced Amazon Private Label – Listing Specialist to join our team. As a Listing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our product presence on the platform, handling cases—including interactions with Amazon Seller Support—addressing Amazon glitches, fixing errors, managing the merging and creation of variations, and tracking and monitoring cases. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a vigilant approach to identifying any listing discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Responsibilities:
• Case Resolution: Proactively track, monitor, and resolve cases related to product listings, including effective communication with Amazon Seller Support for prompt issue resolution.
• Glitch Management: Stay vigilant for Amazon glitches and quickly implement solutions to maintain listing integrity.
• Error Correction: Identify and rectify listing errors promptly, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
• Variation Management: Manage the creation and merging of product variations, ensuring a cohesive and organized product catalog.
• Collaboration with SEO Team: Work closely with the SEO team for strategic alignment and optimization of product listings.
Qualification:
• Amazon Experience: Proven experience in managing Amazon product listings and addressing related challenges.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to catch and rectify listing errors and discrepancies.
• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, adapting to the dynamic nature of e-commerce.
• Variation Expertise: Experience in creating and managing product variations to enhance product visibility.
• Audit Eye: Keen ability to track and monitor cases, coupled with a vigilant approach to identifying listing discrepancies or inconsistencies.
