Amazon Listing Specialist (Remote Work)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Listing Specialist to join our team. As an Amazon Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings on the Amazon platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are effectively presented, attractively showcased, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage Amazon product listings using the flat file template
Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize product listings and increase visibility
Write compelling product descriptions and bullet points that accurately represent the features and benefits of the products
Perform basic photo editing to enhance product images and ensure they meet Amazon’s guidelines
Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve sales and conversion rates
Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize listing performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and inventory management, to ensure accurate and timely listing updates
Continuously revise and improve current listings based on performance data and customer feedback
Assist with other e-commerce tasks as needed

Requirements:
Proficient in creating Amazon product listings using the flat file template
Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO principles for optimizing product listings
Experience with basic photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to enhance listing photos
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large data sets
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Amazon’s platform, policies, guidelines, and best practices is a plus

Working hours:
– Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm (1hr lunch break)
