Amazon Listings and General VA Admin Assistance

Hello, we are a friendly professional business formed in 2015 selling IT products such as laptops and PCS mainly in the UK market currently.

We have need for a new team member to work on page production and maybe some work on inventory control in the future and to add any great ideas!

We sell ‘brand new’ items from all the major manufacturers but we also focus quite a lot on ‘renewed’ products – we purchase them and refurbish them to a new standard, often fitting bigger and better components. They can be better than when new!

For all of these products we need to (and do currently already of course) create pages and advertise them on Amazon, Shopify and eBay. We currently use Veeqo as an ERP to help transfer listings (does not do it 100%) and to sync stock.

We have Brand approval on Amazon for our own brand – and we also are approved to work on pages for brands we have associations with – where we are approved also – so for the big IT brands we can create pages and apply A+ content where we also have contribution rights at ASIN level.

We require an enthusiastic quick and efficient person to work on producing, improving and managing our product listings on Amazon and on our Shopify store. Work must be to a very high standard to ensure everyone is happy we are doing a 100% professional job – customers, Amazon and brands.

DELL Laptop 1 (renewed page) with 6 variation pages
DELL Laptop 2 – new page
DELL Laptop 2 (renewed page) with 4 variation pages
DELL Laptop 3 (renewed page) with 3 variation pages
HP Laptop 1 (renewed) – new page + 2 variation pages
Lenovo Laptop 1 – new page
Logitech Webcam new page + renewed page.

Some attributes you will have ideally:

Very experienced working with Amazon and liaising with Seller Support and opening cases. Fixing any problems and optimising existing pages.

Working on Shopify.

Great communications and writing ability.

eBay and our own database – transferring purchase data on our daily eBay purchases from eBay to our database. and checking for tax (VAT) invoices are obtained (meiled over) as required from sellers who are VAT registered.

We make a new page for Amazon – an app is used to transfer – but currently some of the detail needs to be added manually to Shopify.

Very good attention to detail – almost no errors – and quick fast efficient work – we encourage the use of productivity aids such as Chat GPT.

As we sell IT products great technical knowledge is going to be essential to fully understand: for instance can you appreciate what a Gen 4.0 x4 NVME can give vs a Gen 3.0 NVME? Why some people like Xeon processors? What is CAMM memory? Advantages and disadvantages? What are the best GPUS for CAD and for gaming?

Using tools such as ChatGPT, Helium 10, Graphics edit /production, adding videos.

Ensuring all vital product detail fields are filled in: If a laptop say it might be….the amount/type of RAM, Drive, Screen Size, |Screen type, MSRP, Mfcr List Price, Our Price

So to summarise a little more:
• New pages production for Amazon
• Shopify upkeep
• eBay and our own database – transferring purchase data on our daily eBay purchases to our database. and checking for tax (VAT) invoices are obtained as required from sellers.
• Working on old Amazon pages fixing any problems, ensuring they are visible and ranking well – adding keywords and missing detail.
• Liaising with Seller Central on any issues
• Applying for things like Climate Pledge approval for products
• Applying for contribution rights approval for products/ASINS.
• Bring other ideas to help… on various things …software to speed things up…or to maximise sales / profits through better use of FBA/FBM/SFP listings strategy and stock levels/pricing.
