We’re currently on the lookout for a dedicated Amazon Listings Manager who has a deep understanding of the Amazon Seller Central platform and is passionate about optimizing product listings for maximum visibility, customer and brand satisfaction.

We work closely with Amazon and have brand registry approval for our own brand and we are also approved to offer Renewed Products and to work with most of the major International IT brands with whom we have agreements and appropriate authorisations in place.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. New Product Listings:

– Create and upload new product listings for our continuously expanding range of IT products.

– Ensure listings are optimized for visibility, leveraging vital keywords, and ensuring that products are easily discoverable for potential buyers.

– Collaborate with the product team to ensure all product attributes are accurately reflected on Amazon.

– Add A+ content where applicable and agreed.

2. Existing Listings Revamp:

– Conduct a comprehensive review of our current 1,500 listings. Some will be highlighted for urgent review.

– Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points and completed attribute details on the back end for the ASIN to give improved search visibility and conversion.

– Update any missing or incomplete details, ensuring they align with Amazon’s filter attributes, like processor type, RAM, operating system, and other relevant specifications.

– Ensure high-quality images and engaging product descriptions to improve click-through and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Experience:

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central.

– Able to trouble shoot and resolve any issues, opening cases with Amazon Seller Central Support as required.

– Deep understanding of Amazon’s A9 / A10 algorithm and how product rankings work.

– Demonstrable experience in optimizing product listings for increased visibility and sales. A+ Content.

– Familiarity with IT products, specifically laptops and PCs, will be an advantage – for instance can you appreciate what a Gen 4.0 x4 NVME can give vs a Gen 3.0 NVME? Why some people like Xeon processors? What is CAMM memory? Advantages and disadvantages? What are the best GPUS for CAD and for gaming?

– Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ensuring all vital product detail fields are fully filled in to allow product location using Amazon filters. If a laptop say it might be….the amount/type of RAM, Drive, Screen Size, |Screen type, MSRP, Mfcr List Price, Our Price

– Proficient in using tools and software associated with Amazon listing and keyword research such as Helium 10, JungleScout.

– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales and listing performance data.

– Be able to contribute to listing strategy used from FBA/SFP/FBM to enhance sales.

– Applying for Climate Pledge approval for products

– Applying for contribution rights approval for products at ASINS level

– Use of flat files, bulk uploads etc

– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.

– Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.
