Job Brief:
We’re looking for a Marketing Agency Team Manager to lead the existing marketing team, oversee the daily operations, and help build new systems and processes to manage our Amazon Marketing Agency.
The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing team members, developing and implementing strategies to improve agency processes and efficiency.
You will be managing the internal teams/systems/processes.
About You:
You are a team manager and you hold your yourself and your team to high standards of excellence and performance. You are a generalist but can dig into a wide variety of topics if needed. You have broad familiarity with digital marketing strategies, amazon, google, social. You can do analysis in excel or create reports from a set of data. You can figure out solutions to problems and work to create new systems or ways of doing thing. You can be told the problem and the goals, and you can spend time finding and recommending a solution. You can then implement that solution yourself or oversee team members to do so. You do not need a detailed process list to follow in order to stay productive. You meet with your team to keep them on track and hold them accountable.
Agency Manager Duties:
• Perform 1 on 1 meetings with team members, to ensure they are meeting their individual performance goals.
• Help set individual performance goals for individual team members.
• Help create new systems and processes, based on the needs of the business.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency business
• Provide detailed reports, including financial analysis, and client billing analysis, to agency management
• Develop action plans to improve profitability, revenue, and market share
• Develop and revise operating policies and procedures
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Agency Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including recruiting, hiring, and termination, and enforcing company policies
• Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Partners to develop and implement sales strategies to deliver results
• Continuously monitor and refine sales efforts to achieve sales goals
• Maintain and update records of agency performance, planning, and financials, including sales records, financial reports, and employee evaluations
• Develop new sales leads and develop new sales partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and develop new sources of referrals and references
Requirements And Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
• 3+ years of successful digital marketing agency experience
• Must have at least 3 years experience managing teams and employees.
• Experience establishing and developing relationships with key decision makers
• Character, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple deadlines
• Strong multi-tasking,
• Experiencing working with and selling on Amazon
