Amazon Marketing Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role drives collaboration and influences multiple levels of leadership to execute on the following key deliverables & responsibilities:
Owner of a variety of analyses including client’s Amazon accounts performance, marketing campaign results, and competitive analyses to help us better optimize our Amazon strategy for our clients
Act as the account managers team lead in order to guide and support the development of marketing plans
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new product launches and existing products and services
Demonstrated great analytical skills to analyze sales results from marketing campaigns, taking a lead role in developing advertising solutions for our clients
Detail-oriented, proactive and creative thinker, capable of finding innovative solutions and identifying market opportunities
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Monitor and report on critical performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement (Amazon content, sales, marketing campaigns, promotions, boosting reviews, etc)
Lead account management weekly meetings, brainstorm and resolve problems with the team
Communicate with clients and participate in clients meetings when necessary
Work closely with all team members
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s advertising & whole seller ecosystem
Experience using sheets to manipulate and analyze data, macros, charts and pivot tables & etc.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Proficiency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Proven problem-solving and strategic planning skills, with the ability to think critically and drive results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in an Amazon Marketing Agency would be a great advantage
Proficiency in the concepts of A/B testing
