This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Amazon Account Management (core focus)
– Check pricing and advertising once in the morning and once in the evening.
– Check TACoS and ACOS goals per campaign.
– Ensure all listings are active and have the buy box
– Review count and reputational management
– Add revenue and advertising data to the Flash Report/Financial Dashboard every morning
– Check inventory positions on each product in Amazon every Monday morning
– Create shipments and send all labels to the company address as needed.
– Stay up-to-date with all new Amazon activities or updates.
– Manage daily video postings on multiple platforms (such as Amazon and other platforms), ensuring timely uploads and prioritizing new content distribution.
– Send retargeting emails with news of sales and/or product launches
– Expand the product into the UK, EU, Japan, and Australia.
– Conduct competitor research on the top five competitors, including their monthly sales, organic keywords, and all data around their SKU versus the brand’s SKU.
– The ideal candidate should have proficiency in using software or Excel to manage tasks and identify software to aid in managing operations.
Others:
Social Media Management
– Manage multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook through cross-posting. (No content-making involved).
– Generate daily dashboard by providing top-performing ads on Facebook and TikTok
– Analyze sales data and ad performance by channel.
– Build templates for daily data pulling.
– Conduct outreach to influencers with guidance on using the right tools and templates.
– Conduct various data research projects or tasks assigned by the company with clear direction and deliverables being provided.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of solid experience in Amazon account management specifically managing Amazon accounts with a revenue of at least seven figures.
– Familiarity with social media management
– Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube and other platforms that may arise (as needed).
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data and create reports.
– Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central
– Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and influencers.
– Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in the industry.
– Must be proactive, detail-oriented, takes feedback constructively, and has continuous hunger for learning
Advantageous:
– Experience working with Amazon marketplaces such as UK, EU, Japan, and Australia is a plus, as there will be tasks around Walmart, Etsy, and Target to these potential international marketplaces.
– Experience working in an Amazon aggregator is a plus.
