Are you passionate about optimizing Amazon ad campaigns and boosting product visibility? FLOWZOOM, a dynamic German startup providing innovative travel accessories on Amazon across Europe and USA, is seeking a skilled Amazon Marketing Specialist to join our international team.

Your Role:

As an Amazon Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing product visibility and sales performance on our Amazon marketplaces in the USA and UK. You will be responsible for developing and executing product specific advertising strategies by creating and managing paid advertisement campaigns, conducting keyword research and writing compelling and SEO-driven product descriptions. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, and preparing reports to drive decisions. We need someone with both a strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and a robust technical toolkit. You will be directly involved in decision making and strategy building.

More specifically, you will do:

– PPC planning, set-up & optimization: Plan, create and develop effective Amazon PPC campaigns in line with business goals to improve visibility, sponsored ranks and profitability.
– Performance analysis & reporting: Track key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rates, ACoS, and other relevant KPIs.
– Create regular reports and identify areas for improvement.
– Copywriting: Conduct keyword research, write compelling texts and constantly optimize Amazon product detail pages for higher conversion rate and search ranking.
– A/B testing: Execute A/B testing strategies, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to improve product listings and PPC performance.
– Troubleshooting: Identify and promptly respond to marketplace issues, such as suspended or suppressed listings, undesirable attribute changes, inventory issues, loss of buy box, etc.
– Market & competitor analysis: Identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and recommend strategies for a competitive edge and successful product launches.
– Stay up-to-date: Stay informed about industry best practices, platform policies, and trends.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

– 1-3 years of marketing experience on Amazon with a strong track record of analyzing, driving sales and achieving business goals.
– Excellent writing skills and proper understanding of Amazon SEO.
– Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (V-lookup, pivot tables, macros).
– Attention to detail while keeping the big picture in sight.
– Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Fluency in English Language (both written and spoken).

Will be highly appreciated:

– Experience with H10, Scale Insights, or other Amazon business tools.
– Experience with Google and Social Media ads.
