Job Summary:
The Amazon Marketplace Client Services Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients selling on the Amazon Marketplace. The VA will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and managing customer accounts. The VA will also be responsible for providing support to clients with product listings, order fulfillment, returns, and other Amazon related tasks, all while communicating with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. The VA will also be responsible for utilizing tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa to support and optimize clients’ Amazon sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other
communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Manage customer accounts, including updating account information and tracking customer orders
Assist clients with product listings, including creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon Seller Central
Utilize tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa to support and optimize clients’ Amazon sales efforts
Monitor and resolve customer complaints and issues
Provide support to clients with order fulfillment, including tracking orders and coordinating with fulfillment centers
Assist clients with returns and refunds
Provide general support to clients with any other issues related to selling on the Amazon Marketplace
Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, brand registry and other tools
Knowledge of Amazon’s policies and guidelines

Handle company emails and other communication channels
Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Amazon Marketplace is a must
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Google Suite, MS Office, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa and other related tools.
This is a remote, full-time position with a flexible schedule. The VA will be required to work some weekends and holidays as required. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Amazon and be familiar with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. The candidate should also have experience in listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC advertising. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. The candidate should have experience using tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa to support and optimize clients’ Amazon sales efforts.
