Job Description
Data-driven Marketplace Manager. E-commerce virtuoso. The driver of sales. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our marketplace presence as we aim for remarkable growth this year.

What You’ll Do:
– Optimize Product Catalog: Manage and update our brand’s product catalog across all channels, ensuring proper data setup, product presentation, and channel analytics.
– Logistics Management: Maintaining appropriate inventory levels across Marketplace channels, and management of inventory forecasting throughout the brand
– Market Research and Insights: Stay ahead of emerging marketplace and e-commerce trends and channels — analyzing and formally presenting opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain an understanding of competitor and industry trends that are significant when interacting with customers, and incorporate this knowledge into strategic product presentation and marketplace positioning.
– Product Presentation Strategy: Conceptualize, propose, and implement unique strategies that effectively represent our brand on various marketplaces.
– Data Analysis: Evaluate performance metrics for marketplace activities and make strategic recommendations on how to optimize product listings and advertising spending based on data.
– Review and Content Management: Oversee customer reviews, manage responses, and handle content updates to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
– Sleuth AI Tools: Discover and utilize the latest AI trends, elevating our marketplace strategies to the next level.

Necessary Skills & Attributes for Success:
– Communication skills off the chart – written and verbal.
– Passionate about marketplace presence and growth
– Concrete understanding of Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces
– Ability to project manage and own strategy
– Comfortable with presenting data and incorporating it into results-sharing
– Experience using Asana.

Qualifications
– 3-5 years+ of Marketplace management experience at an in-house brand (preferably D2C) or agency
– Strong management experience including task management abilities, creative problem-solving, etc.
– High energy, motivated personality – creative and entrepreneurial with the ability to recognize business opportunities and act upon them.
– Knowledge of what a strong D2C presence looks like on Amazon and elsewhere
– Top-notch analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations and decisions
