As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a dedicated Amazon Marketplace Manager to oversee and enhance our Amazon seller accounts both in the USA and internationally. As an Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for the complete oversight and management of our Amazon seller accounts, including all aspects except for direct advertising responsibilities. Your primary goal will be to optimize our presence on Amazon to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction across all marketplaces. This is a pivotal role focused on managing and optimizing product listings across various brands and marketplaces, resolving listing issues, and ensuring seamless integration with internal systems.
Key responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage product listings across Amazon US, CA, and international platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
– Manage and oversee daily operations of our Amazon seller accounts across multiple countries.
– Regularly update listings with relevant product information, optimizing for search visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
– Address and resolve listing-related issues through collaboration with Amazon support teams.
– Conduct routine audits of Amazon operations to maintain compliance, assess listing health, and optimize for better search rankings and visibility.
– Develop and optimize Amazon Brand Pages to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage inventory, compliance, product information, and logistics.
– Manage Amazon Brand Registry, including protection against infringement and unauthorized sellers.
– Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and the effectiveness of third-party app integrations to streamline operations.
– Develop and implement processes for listing optimization and overall Amazon marketplace management.
– Collaborate with both internal teams and external contractors on projects aimed at enhancing Amazon optimization efforts.
– Develop strategies to leverage promotions and other selling tactics to boost sales.
– Train and supervise 1-2 staff members, ensuring they are equipped to meet their responsibilities effectively.
– Work with external contractors who manage the advertising accounts to ensure a cohesive strategy across all platforms.
– Monitor and administer key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the management and expansion of Amazon operations.
– Monitor marketplace metrics and develop strategies to improve them.
– Stay updated with changes in Amazon policies and ensure compliance across all listings.
Software/Tools:
– Amazon Seller Central
– Amazon Brand Registry
– Third-party Amazon seller tools and software such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
– Project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Clickup or similar)
Skill set:
– Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and leveraging third-party app integrations
– In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Tools and Software, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
– High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving ability and a strong sense of accountability
Experience:
– Familiarity with Amazon international marketplaces and regulations.
– Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts with a deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, tools, and best practices.
– Experience in team leadership and staff training.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
