Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Operations Manager to lead our operations on Amazon Seller Central, focusing on our Private Label FBA business. This pivotal remote position, based in the Philippines, is integral to driving our brand’s growth and maintaining our competitive edge on the platform. As the steward of our Amazon operations, you will play a critical role in streamlining our processes, enhancing our online visibility, and ensuring operational excellence. Your duties will encompass a broad range of responsibilities from inventory oversight to strategic planning, all aimed at maximizing our efficiency and performance on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Direct and refine all facets of our Amazon Seller Central account operations for peak efficiency.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with our inventory analyst to maintain optimal stock levels and accuracy.
Amazon Support Liaison: Initiate and oversee cases with Amazon’s support team to address operational queries and challenges.
Financial Optimization: Identify opportunities for and manage reimbursement cases to boost our financial performance.
Performance Metrics: Set, track, and enhance team KPIs to foster growth and operational improvement.
Strategic Input: Offer valuable insights and strategies to advance our Amazon operations and market positioning.
Team Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders to uphold unified operations.
Market Insights: Keep abreast of the latest Amazon policies and e-commerce trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain our market leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, emphasizing operational streamlining.
Knowledge of Amazon’s case and reimbursement procedures.
Proficient in KPI analysis and reporting.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, adept at managing remote teams.
Meticulous and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
