We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer & Illustrator with spreadsheet understanding to join our creative team. NEEDS MERCH BY AMAZON experience.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s success by creating visually captivating designs while utilizing a spreadsheet for efficient project management.

Job Responsibilities:

– Create original illustrations, graphics, and visual assets fort-shirts
– Generate design concepts, sketches, and mockups to present ideas and receive feedback
– Translate design briefs and instructions into visually appealing and effective designs.
– Utilize a spreadsheet to manage design-related tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
– Organize and maintain a well-structured filing system for design assets, making them easily accessible for future reference (we provide instructions for this)
– Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs that meet or exceed expectations.
– Generate new design ideas

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven experience as a Designer & Illustrator (WITH MERCH BY AMAZON), showcasing a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a deep understanding of design principles.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and implement feedback.
– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
– Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
– Creative understanding to come up with NEW design concepts on your own
– Understanding of the importance of Trademarks and Copyrights and NOT infringing them
