Job Description:

Expanding E-Commerce company looking to recruit a rockstar virtual assistant to execute on price notifications & building out a database. Looking for people that value teamwork & are efficient when it comes to communication and picking up new skills.

Task description:

We are building a database that is tracking products, once they reach a certain price threshold at which they are profitable we want to buy them. Your task is to correctly calculate the prices that we can source them for once they are profitable. This will be done by setting price notifications. You will be provided with an Excel file at first, so you can just copy paste and find the products on Amazon. In a later stage you will also be producing the Excel files yourself using Keepa.

Skills required:

• Understanding of price charts & history (Keepa, SellerAmp)
• Ability to set charts & price movement into the right context.
• Performing calculations using extension tools.
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of working with productivity tools (Discord, Asana)
• Fast work (Be as efficient & fast performing the tasks.)
• Honesty (Speak up if you are struggling, be confident about failure / problems)

Technical requirements:

• Laptop / Computer with 64-bit processor (windows/mac)
• Fast internet connection (20+ megabytes / second)
• Reliable internet connection (Provide speed test)
• Access to Windows Excel

Job roles include:

• Setting price notifications for various brand name products
• Understanding price charts & evaluating the correct price to source for
• Decide if products are worth tracking.
• Give updates on progress using Discord. (Daily-schedule)
• Working with Excel & Asana

Required personal attributes:

• Strong work ethic
• Focus & efficiency.
• Great English skills
• Preferably educated in one of the top 50 Philippine Universities.
• Interest in personal development

Note:

Expect a long-term role with room for growth, if we are satisfied with the results. We will start out with around 3-4 hours of work per day, then we’ll adjust once we see your performance. We also offer bonus payments, if you perform exceptionally well.
