Are you a skilled and experienced Amazon OA Product Researcher seeking a dynamic team to showcase your talents? Look no further! We are currently expanding our team of Virtual Assistants and are on the lookout for a talented individual to take on the crucial role of Amazon OA Product Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Amazon OA Product Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing high-potential leads on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various methods such as reverse sourcing and storefront stalking to uncover lucrative opportunities. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Amazon OA product research, and proficiency in using essential seller tools like Seller AMP and Keepa.

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Amazon OA Product Researcher. (NO EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY)
– Proficiency in using seller tools such as Seller AMP and Keepa.
– Demonstrated ability to source high-potential leads through various methods.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to personally finding all leads without relying on external sources.

What We Do NOT Want:
We are looking for dedicated professionals, and as such, we do not want candidates who:
– Will be working several jobs simultaneously.
– Share leads with any other employer.
– Acquire Amazon leads from external lead sheets or through third-party services. You must personally find and verify all leads.

Trial Period and Hiring Process:
Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to a 5-day trial period. During this trial, your skills and abilities will be assessed. Successful candidates will then enter a one-month probationary period, where performance and compatibility with the team will be evaluated. After successfully completing the probationary period, candidates will be offered a permanent position.
For those who do not pass the trial, you will be compensated based on the number of quality of deals generated during the trial period.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. We value dedication and reliability and seek individuals who can contribute their skills and expertise consistently.

Bonuses:
As an incentive for good performance, upon passing the trial we will issue bonuses based on the number and quality of deals sourced each week. Bonuses are uncapped and can exceed the base salary.
