Job Description: Online Arbitrage (Amazon) Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled, full-time Sourcing Specialist with moderate (2-3 years) experience/exposure supporting US-Based Amazon-selling companies IN A PRODUCT SOURCING ROLE. We are seeking a long-term employee to grow with us, taking on additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

Sourcing products for resale on Amazon. Techniques include:
• Manual Sourcing
• Keepa Product Finder Sourcing
• Reverse Sourcing (i.e., “storefront stalking”)
• Rabbit Trailing
• Documenting leads via Google Sheets
• Other sourcing-related administrative duties as assigned

Required / Desired Experience

• Amazon Product Sourcing Experience. NOTE: Do not apply if you are not confident in your ability to find 1-2 buyable leads per hour worked.
• Keepa Product Finder
• SellerAmp
• Amazon Seller Central
• Knowledge of Sales Rank, ROI, Net Operating Profit, Offer Count

You must have a fast, stable internet connection and your own laptop. You should also invest in a 2nd monitor to be effective in this role if you do not already have 1-2 additional monitors separate from your laptop.

Please provide a speed test snapshot of your internet speed in your application.

Expectations for Your Performance

• 1-2 buyable leads per hour worked, minimum is 40 per week.
• We expect you to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We expect you to show up on time or early for meetings.
• We expect you to notify us ahead of time if you are taking time off.
• We expect you to learn quickly as feedback on your leads is provided.
• We expect you to be coachable and have a “can do” attitude.

• A google sheet with all the criteria we use for making purchase decisions
• Checklists and Standard Operating Procedures
• Regular, weekly debriefs on leads uncovered along with clear, timely feedback on why the lead was good, just “ok”, or not-so-great. The goal is for you to learn quickly in month one and become a key contributor to our growth
• Access to Partners via What’s App and/or Discord and/or Slack
• Access to software tools you’ll need (Keepa, SellerAmp)
