Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Amazon Product Lead Finder. The primary role of the VA is to research and find profitable product leads on Amazon to help grow our business. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in Amazon FBA/FBM and a proven track record of successful lead generation.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct research to identify profitable product leads on Amazon
-Analyze Keepa data to evaluate the profitability of potential product leads
-Find and source products from reliable suppliers
-Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
-Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and order products
-Manage and organize product data in spreadsheets or other databases
-Perform other duties as assigned by the business owner

Requirements:

-At least one year of experience in Amazon FBA/FBM
-Proven experience in lead generation, product research, product sourcing, and analyzing Keepa data
-Growth mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving
-Hardworking and reliable with a can-do attitude and grit
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask questions and clarify details
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Fun and enjoyable to work with

Interview Process:
Our interview process for the Amazon Product Lead Finder position is diligent but not overly time-consuming. Round 1 will be on Google Forms, following your response to this job posting. Round 2 will follow the next week, also on Google Forms. The final round will take place on the phone or webcam the following week. Accommodations can be made. We won’t require resumes upfront. Two-Week Paid Trial Period:
Upon successful selection for the position, the candidate will enter a two-week paid trial period. During this trial period, you will receive your regular compensation as outlined in the job description (without bonus). This period allows both you and our team to assess if the role is the right fit. It provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with our processes and expectations while demonstrating your skills and commitment to the role.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, and you are expected to work 40 hours a week. The compensation includes an extensive bonus program based on both quantitative performance markers and subjective markers, providing opportunities for additional earnings based on your performance and contributions to the team. This bonus system is made to benefit you, allowing your work to be rewarded and allowing for large bonuses.
